INDIVIDUAL  EXERCISES

An advantage of the exercises is also modeling of the figure so important for our appearance and well-being. Getting familiar with the "normal movement" allows you to enjoy the exercises. Strengthening weakened muscles not only eliminates pain - it allows you to return to your favorite physical activity in the perspective or discover it in yourself. Exercises last 1 hour. Good sports outfit and variable footwear are recommended.
